My heart beats faster when I listen to it, and it really beats fast when I'm sharing with someone. My heart rate is all over the place when I'm sharing. Usually I can feel it start to race when I'm getting ready to record or share.

Sounds like the Switch game is going to basically be an extended Pokemon Go with all the features that everyone has been missing from Go. Then again that might just be marketing.

Biggest thing for me playing Pokemon Go was that pokemon turned disposable. Like, in all the main series games, you catch a team, you train, you have a handful of switch ups, but you stick with the same team.

Pokemon Go, pokemon don't grow at all. You grind those suckers up into candy the second they outlive their usefulness and trying to make a weak pokemon stronger is a complete waste of hard-earned resources. Easier to just catch a new one.

Thought it'd be nice to have a thread to talk about pokemon :). I know there's a new game coming out on the nintendo switch.. but I don't have a switch so I'm not interested haha

Here's some optional questions if you're not sure where to start:

  • Favourite/least favourite pokemon and why?

  • Which games have you played?

  • Watched the anime or the movies?

  • Competitive or casual player?

  • Pokemon merch (cards, plushes, etc)?

  • What do you think about pokemon Go?

  • Sun/Moon vs Ultra Sun/Moon?

  • Pokemon spin-off games e.g. pokemon mystery dungeon and ranger?

Or you can talk about other related things.

I do have a Nook, but I have a strong preference to hard copies. Mainly because I can spend hours reading a hard copy (I've read a 607 page book in a single day lol) But you can't do that with e-books without murdering your eyes.

Would anyone on here be able to help me with editing videos and make it to where you can see the person’s heart beating through their chest while that person is moving? I’ve seen this done on countless videos. I can overlay the heart GIF on top of the video and make it transparent with no problem, but I don’t know how to get the heart GIF to follow a path to where it moves in sync with the person’s chest. The only video editing software I have are Windows Movie Maker and Wondershare Filmora? I’m assuming a lot of this is probably done on better and more expensive software such as Sony Vegas which I don’t have nor can afford at the moment.

Yeah you need something a little beefier. While it’s primarily a 3D modeling suite, it does have some nice video editing tools, and it’s capable of doing motion tracking. I’ve never messed around with it myself so (at least for the moment) I can’t offer any advice past a software recommendation.

Yaaas Amazon Kindle PaperWhite yaas.

To be honest, it sounds like an awkward question even for a cardiophile. Regardless of how someone means it or what their intentions are, it actually sounds like a weird question to me.

Ebook for casual reading. If I am looking at a textbook or reference manual, I need a hard copy.

I prefer books but I also really like those e-ink displays. E-ink displays just look so nice, it's a shame they're so expensive. If the prices ever came down to normal monitor levels I'd buy the HECK out of those. And have you seen the displays that add a third color for accenting things? they just look so nice.

But yeah for reading, I prefer books slightly over ebooks but mostly just prefer something that isn't beaming light directly into my eyes.

Beutiful heartbeat, very relaxing , thanks for sharing

I like books in physical, they are very comfortable and one can browse them, I like to smell the sheets of a new book and the old ones smell different, my favorite book is the games of the hunger of collins

If I were an ancient god, I'd like to be summoned like this:

-FInd somewhere secluded, whether it's in your home or somewhere else, as long as you're alone - and the weather is good (not rainy, windy, storm)
-Perform music that plays a peaceful tune, it can just be one instrument (xylophone or any equivalent type)
-Draw some birds arranged in a ring on paper and place it on the ground. They don't have to be expertly drawn, just recognizable as birds
-Place some animal figurines on the edges on the paper to act as paperweights
-Bring books on natural history, zoology or some novels with interesting stories, and a cup/bottle of water. Put these around the paper
-Sit down, open up one of the books and start reading aloud. The key is to read what you are interested in and as though you are reading to a small audience.

If I feel like it, I'll come by and listen to what you're reading.
