Just got my first pair like 3 days ago and literally how do you get these things out of your eyes? Any tips? Most recently it took 20 minutes for me to get the both of them out and now my eyes are 50 shades of bloodshot.

Practice. I simply reach in and pinch the contact off my eye.
It takes about a week before it becomes as natural as breathing. Once you become tolerant of touching your eye, it becomes so much easier.

PInch it off, or gently pull it downward off of your eye (not out, just down).
I wear RGP lenses (hard contacts). I started with soft lenses which I assume you're talking about. It took me an hour to get them in the first time, shorter taking them off but still quite some time. After a week or two it'll become natural to put them in and remove them. As the other guys are saying, just pinch them and break the seal and it'll come out easily. Your eyes will also get used to wearing them and will be much less bloodshot. Long time wear will leave your eyes red in places, even still with the RGPs, though that's more due to them bumping into the sclera.
