I got some favorites here, though not entirely heart related.
Heartbeat by Snowflake Not about actual hearts but you know, "I can hear your heartbeat..." is some pretty nice lyrics
The Heartstring by Snowflake Less about hearts, but good. (This song has actually made me cry a few times...)
And BPM by KTG Original Japanese version and English version definitely more heart related. "Cause whenever I'm with you, my heart jumps up, accelerating my BPM."
