For me, the things that remind me of hearts are clocks, engines, seashells and the sound of knocking on doors.

You know those big booming ominous footstep-like sounds in movies? Those remind me of heartbeats sometimes. Seconding the ticking clock one too, especially if it's very faint. This one time while the power was out I was thinking I was hearing a clock ticking except there weren't any nearby, took off my headphones and turns out it was just my own heartbeat in my headphones.

Auditory:
In certain moods, drums and a lot of the other rhythmic elements of music. (I used to play piano, got out of practice for a few years, and now this interest might have semi-ruined it for me because I'm always comparing the time of the music I'm trying to play to my heart rate.)
The sound of a car's tires rolling over the little regularly-spaced transverse cracks or bumps that are found on some roads.
Conceptual:
Virtually any use of the word "pump."
