how would you go about finding someone...

...who isn't necessarily a cardiophile but would be interested in participating in this, in a platonic way?  I know this is a very specific thing to wish for,  but I wish I had a friend who was an older woman who could be something of a mentor at times, but mostly a friend, and would also like to listen to my heart and let me listen to hers.  It could only be platonic, since I'm in a committed relationship.  At this point in my life (I'm 39) older woman certainly does mean "older."  I considered going onto one of those apps that's specifically for finding friends, like Bumble for Friends, but then what are the chances that someone older than me uses those?  Has anyone had any luck finding friends who like to share this in your hometowns?
