Has anyone bought a Thinklabs One steth? Was it worth it?

I've been looking at it for months, but that $500 price tag gives me pause for sure. I love that you can just use pretty much whatever headphones you like with it, though. I don't mind traditional stethoscopes, but headphones are certainly more comfortable.
If you have one, what are the pros and cons? Was it worth the money?
