There's two people I know irl whom I've told about my "Interest". And having rambled a bit, it seems like they may be interested if it's intriguing enough. However, I'm badly out of steam and am kinda avoiding heart topics atm. So... Conversation Ideas? How do I get them to become cardiophiles as well?
Offline
Really don't know about heart-specific topics of conversation. Usually only time I see it is when something about it comes up like "Oh my gosh my heart is trying to escape my chest." If you're trying to start conversations then that's probably the easiest way to bring it up I guess.

It helps if the people you're talking with are already interested in human biology (& not squeamish). For people who are in highschool/college, being in a lab class where you're dissecting sheep/pig hearts would be an easy place to talk about hearts.
That aside, heartbeats are often associated with romance, so you can talk about the heart in the context of love/emotions.

I meant like, I've been telling them random things like holding breath speeds up the heart, what tachycardia is, how CPR works, etc.One of them didn't even know that you could feel your heartbeat by pressing a hand to the chest.
They seem pretty interested in these things, but i'm kinda running out.
If I wanna turn someone into an Otaku, I'll tell them to try watching a few "Beginner's anime". Introducing someone to Chess, I'll tell them the rules and show them a few cool games. How do i turn someone into a cardiophile?

it's impossible. you'd have to get them to discover it. they're not going to develop a fetish.

It's true that someone can't just be "turned into a cardiophile." That said, hearts can be fascinating and worth learning about (e.g. to keep healthy and fit).
For more ideas, finding a human anatomy textbook and reading about the cardiovascular system can be fun, but that's because biology is one of my favourite things. So you could get one from a library, bookshop, etc. There is a lot of mythology, culture and history about the human heart so you can find those in books too. There's also a thread I made about hearts in other media. Or if you wanted, you could start an exercise routine with them, like jogging.
There's no guarantee these people would become as interested in hearts as we are, so it's up to them whether they'll look further into them or not.
