Can't play or view files

When I try to play mp3/mp4 files, they either don't load or say "Error loading this resource". They don't work regardless of whether I click 'view' or 'popout.' Image files are broken when I click on them to view. What can I do?

So sorry about that! The file server ran out of room and forgot how to serve up files. I've tidied up 13GB of unnecessary files and will be adding on additional storage so we have more room to grow.
