And like, he uses his real name and real occupation online. Like I found the dude’s professional CV as the second hit on a google search. 

Reaaally tempted to document some shit and report it to his work–because it’s in the medical field and he’s posted files of patients, not in some generic shaming sense.

I dunno. Maybe leave people alone? I don’t like who I am when I’m angry but I’m tempted to imolate a fucker’s personal life to stop them from their childish back and forth. People with this MO love the tiny power trip they get off of their bad behavior causing a stir but having no overall punishment.

Anyway.

I’ve calmed down about this and decided that this reaction would be deeply irresponsible and outsized to his being a jackass.

Instead, I encourage you all to at least block and, if you like, report his accounts here and elsewhere.

I’ve been in this community for a LONG time and this behavior is endemic whenever people feel like they have enough anonymity to treat others badly without consequence. It’s very easy to log out and walk away and forget that your behavior can affect the actual lives of real people.

So let me say a few things:

1) There is no such thing as true anonymity on the internet. So it’s a very, very bad choice to assume your anonymity hides you from consequence.

2) Your predatory behavior–from being an asshole all the way through stalking–affects your victims more than you by virtue of social obligation. (It’s scary to call people out.) This is going to start changing.

3) Tangentially, I really, really want to see us start kicking out pedophiles. I started skulking around heart groups when I was underage and some of the people who pursued me in a sexual context knowing that are still around today. I have seen pedophiles become mods on different sites and abuse that power to silence people and resume their activities.

Enough of that. 

Davide is not a pedophile, btw, this is just dredging up some feelings.

This is beyond all limits, I support reporting him if you can get enough proof.

Going to go ahead and second that one. No matter how much of a jerk or wonderful person he is, dragging unsuspecting patients that are in your care into your fetish is absolutely worth reporting. That can’t be allowed to continue.

If anything happens to him or his job, however that might blow up in his face, that’s on him for committing those acts in the first place, not on you for revealing him for who he is to the people who need to know.
