same. As cold as it is outside the only exercise I really get rn is going up the stairs in my house lol

On a more serious note, my job is mostly manual labor, and that usually gets my heart rate up pretty good.

Walking up stairs or slopes does it for me. Also when I'm rushing to a bus stop, but that's not intentional
