I think I've always had the interest, even before I knew what it was. Just a strange pounding in my chest when I ran around. But seeing a beating heart in health class when I was in grade school sealed the deal for me. I've been hooked ever since.

Not a clue - in early childhood, I was quite disgusted by any such thing. Then I suddenly, inexplicably, changed when I found myself developing an interest in women in swimwear, and suddenly I wanted to hear a woman's heartbeat when I saw her image in a paper wearing a swimsuit with a window cut in the chest.

I found myself fascinated by hearts as a kid, but I only understood what it was in my teenage years. Back then, I felt a mix of enjoyment and repulsion about heartbeats. Now I mainly have positive feelings about the heart
