I want to try a experiment and try and see how fast i can make my heart go without leaving my bed. What's the best way to do it without the use of any drugs or injections?

Best way I can think of is fear. If you're easily startled play a scary game or watch a scary movie.

Trying to modify your breathing might be the way to go,under this i mean breathholds, pushes, hyperventillation, rebreathing(into a bag)
Also breathholds and pushes(valsalva maneouver) have the added bonus of maybe producing occasional skips.

I just got my heart rate to spike dramatically from just getting really pissed off. It probably doesn’t happen for everyone but my heart rate went from around 78-89 bpm to 165 bpm within mere seconds of getting infuriated. This probably doesn’t help much but it is one way to raise your heart rate without doing much.

Shuffle your legs back and forth under the covers. Toss and turn a bunch. Read some of your favorite material at the same time.
