L is for: Lub-dub
The most amazing sound in the world - calming and reassuring, or erotic and sexually arousing 💕💕 Whatever form your cardiophilia takes - vanilla, cutesy, dark, sexual or whatever - lub-dubs will feature in there somewhere!
Obviously I couldn’t do this letter without including some actual lub-dubs :) and two amazing Tumblrs have so kindly let me use their heartbeats for this post. For those of you who enjoy lady-beats, this is one of the many lovely recordings on the YouTube channel of @kgv41 :

It's possible to be born without a pericardium (the sac that encloses the heart) and live normally without realizing. This is also known as 'congenital absence of pericardium'. Some people have partial absence, meaning that their pericardium exists but doesn't completely cover the heart. This 'partial' pericardium can cause serious health issues.
Few small theme changes.
The likes bar is now the normal site blue instead of alarming red
Mobile site now has avatars displayed, hoping to touch that up a little more soon.
Some more user info is displayed on posts/files everywhere.
Tiny update: YouTube videos are now click-to-activate. They stay as tiny dumb images and when activated turn into the full, heavyweight videos.
This is mostly a technical change, but this should make things a *lot* faster on the Pulse/Home page and a lot lighter on your data as well.
Somebody posted a link to this thread on Reddit on one of the Discords and it's a literally interesting to see that kind of romantic/horror split in the comments. Some people are saying "aww that's cute" and others are "well that sends up about 500 red flags there, serial killer."
