Sounds great, nice rate
While I would speed up considerably when I was younger, I find that this isn't the case nowadays. Recording and sharing don't really speed up my heart all that much anymore.

Very lovely and interesting heartbeat!
Where’s a good place to share my heartbeat? I would prefer a format where I can share audio wise and we can text chat. I would not what voice chat.

Both my own site Heart2Heart and HeartBeatPleasure.net are able to do this, although there are some differences. Discord’s also an option.
HBP requires you to download a separate program or app to stream, H2H can stream right from your web browser or you can use a separate app or program.
H2H also allows you to stream publicly, so you could stream on H2H and post a link for all your Tumblr followers. Just be sure to tick the “Allow guests to listen” box in your privacy settings.
However, there isn’t a lot of support for streaming from iPhones. There aren’t any third party apps and H2H’s in-website streaming might work for iPhones? It might not. I haven’t tested that extensively yet.
In that case, probably your best bet is one of the Discord servers. Discord supports audio + chat on iOS as well as Android and desktop. I wrote up a list of active Discord servers in this post.
Oh, and I nearly forgot, YouTube is an option as well. It supports live streaming with a live chat.
