Comments to files (or just all comments) by async http. Posting a comment should not disrupt viewing/listening of the file.

Make "Pulse" the homepage (perhaps with some adjustments)?
Everyone is used to a "dashboard" style social media interface these days, so they see everything just scrolling, and need to click only to see what interests them.
And existing homepage is pretty uninformative.

Back in 2013, there was a Global Game Jam session and the theme was "Sound of a heartbeat". There's a lot of indie games about the heart right here!
