Not on purpose, anyway. A few people around me online and off have had it accidentally leaked to them, only one of them has said anything about it. And then it was only that he didn't think he'd ever be able to understand what they were looking at kinda jokingly. I've brought it up on an Q&A site I go on without my name attached and someone there said it was pretty cute and wholesome.
There's that reddit post somewhere where someone outed themselves as a cardiophile to their boyfriend and they ended up getting dumped which is a pretty frickin' harsh reaction over literally nothing (I personally think he was just looking for an excuse but), but at the same time the comments section was stuffed full of people saying it was the most adorable kink ever.
Even people who aren't cardiophiles get how lovely it can be resting your head on someone's chest so I don't think it's so far out there that people can't "get it" if you want to explain it.
Have you ever opened up to someone (who isn't a cardiophile) about your love of hearts/heartbeats?
I'm not brave enough & to be honest I don't want to talk about it with irl people. I feel like they would misunderstand and think I'm some kind of creep. I think the real human heart is beautiful, but I'm not sure how many would agree (aside from biologists/cardiologists). It also feels so personal that I can't stand the notion of others mocking me or spreading this info around.

Just looked at my library and I'm kinda sad because of all the games I haven't played. Now I feel like I should probably at least give all of them a try before I go buying even more games.
That's exactly what I'm currently doing. Trying each game in my library out :) It's kinda hard to not get too sucked into each one game and move on to the next, but it's rewarding, so much discovery!
Near as I can tell these specific ones are like handmade for specific families but I'm like 99% certain I've seen like his and hers heartbeat pillows that monitor your heart rate and create matching audio in your partner's pillow.

Hello :) I'm a male and my interest in heartbeats started relatively recently (more than a year). It's actually mostly (hetero)sexual in nature, which I hope is OK. The hunt for something that will satisfy this 'kink' led me here. I like discussing stuff that interest me and perhaps I might catch a few audio files that I like from some generous contributors, all of whom I send my heartfelt (oh, pun! :heart:) thanks in advance. It's cool that there are people who are willing to form a community of sorts around such niche. I think even in the realm of heartbeats my interests are a tad specific, so it's a huge pita to find what I like. And having this niche interests, sexual or not, it often makes you feel kind of lonely, wouldn't you agree? What if there was no internet? Shudder. That would have been such a lonely world. Thank god we created this medium through which we can share our interests with others, no matter how obscure they are! (Though, as always, internet comes with its own share of bad, too). Cheers!
I've barely heard of anything mentioned to this point, and my PC is a dinosaur. But it eats Unreal Tournament for breakfast, and that's good enough for me.
