Hello there. Are you still working on the NSFW section for heart2heart? I'm not rushing you or anything, just asking.
Huh, never been in this tab before. Is this an ask?
It’s pretty much done right here right now. For a few weeks actually. The only thing left to do is triple and quadruple check my work.
So far I’ve only gotten up to double checking. Long story short, holidays + my other website just straight blowing up in my face. Woke up this morning to a sort of “ceasefire” so I’m hoping that particular time sink is out of the way, freeing me up to finish what I need to on H2H over the next few days.
I don’t think either one of us expected it to happen like this, but we’re here. Over the course of this week, I got into talking with fellow tumblr user/youtube guy @theboyhb, which led to what was his first time doing a one-on-one listening session with me (well, over Skype, since that was what we had).
This recording is basically just a fraction of what ended up being a four-hour long session which ended up being more eventful than expected also. In this recording, I’m going a little fast, at least quite a bit faster than my resting rate on account of all the excitement and some nerves and quite a bit of tension going on.
Eventually, curiosity got the better of us and we started experimenting with things like breath holding and doing pushes (which he said he hasn’t quite gotten how to do one yet). Aside from this there’s also the brush with stuff that I otherwise wouldn’t post on this blog, so I’ll leave it over to my buddy’s post over here (NSFW, with audio attachments!) for the rest of it. We certainly had a lot of fun with it, at least.

To think that the last one I did for these was for content that was around two to three years behind. It has been almost three years since then. Lots of changes to the status quo of my daily life happened. The biggest of these changes is me having finished grad school and finding my first actual job, of course, but there are small but permanent changes to my life that have happened since then, most of which are a little too personal to mention here for now.
I haven’t really shaken off that feeling that what I’ve been writing on this blog makes me seem overly serious. This is true to some extent, but that’s only when my mind has time to wander, and people who do know me IRL will know that regardless of my overly being serious, I’m also equal parts silly, and I don’t think I’ve had the capacity to express it much on this blog.
To substitute for either the usual vague life update or probable emotionally loaded platitude, here’s instead a link to one of the stories I wrote during this time: “Night train home” (M/F). I guess I can recirculate that one for newer people who didn’t catch it the first time.
Another reminder to my readers that my ask box is still open for questions, I feel like answering some of them again (partly since this is what I did around the time I’m covering for this post). You can send in your writing prompts for me to look at and maybe write a story about also in there.

I have plans for new stuff to post on this blog in 2019. I’ll be back to posting more heart recordings and related posts this year when I get around to it, but I’ll likely still be on read-only mode for a while.

For my part, it is only because I’d be absolutely MORTIFIED if my parents find me this way in the morning! (I’m pretty sure) they don’t even know I have a steth so how do I explain?
That’s part of the reason why I use my phone + headphones instead. Doesn’t raise any questions, doesn’t give me a headache after having the ear pieces overnight, and the alarms play through the headphones.
