I planned it for a very long time, but only finally make it (kinda) work now. This is made with two stethoscope heads with two microphones, the one on mitral connected to the right channel, and the one on the Erb's point - to the left. Unfortunately, as connectors go, I can currently only record on the crappy audio device of the desktop computer. (I need to find a USB Audio dongle that has stereo microphone channel. This is usually not specified in the product description.)

Some people know and some people don't, but I'm gonna say it here.
I do have a nickname for my heart and it's Katie. Well, that's the short version. the full name is Kathyrine. She is named after my only sister that I never got to see. Because she passed away before I even could see her. Kathyrine was born on Aug. 7, 1987. she would have been 31 this year. In honor of her, I named my heart after her. She died of SIDS 3 month after she was born 3 months premature.
So if you see Katie's doin' fine or some of the sort. that's why.

Here it is! Decided to write a bit of original fiction with a cardiophile theme :D This was fun. A little rambling and very informal (and first person, present tense, what even), but still fun to do. I hope you all enjoy it! (Rated PG for mild language)

Currently chewing my way through an unexpectedly sticky bug in YouTube broadcast detection. Apparently even if YouTube says a channel is streaming, that doesn't necessarily mean that they're streaming. And there doesn't seem to be any easy way to detect if they're actually streaming through their API.
Slapped a small messy bandaid on it for the moment that gets the job done, will be doing more research to try and figure out a better way to handle the situation.
Which do you prefer? If you don't like either, what's your favourite drink?
I like tea more than coffee, since it's not too strong on caffeine and prefer the taste of tea.

Ohhh I wish… I wish… If my crush and I end up together (or just, whoever I end up with), I want to do this as soon as he’s comfortable with the idea. Because that would be one of the best things in the world X3
