(just a teeny drabble to prove I’m not dead since I’m stuck in bed grumpy and coughing my lungs out again -_- these are based on a couple of ocs of mine that are close but ultimately platonic. idk how much I’ll be using them in the future since there isn’t a lot of fun heart stuff in their story but I mean… this was really fun to write so we will seeee. feel free to ask me about them!!)

She was standing at her desk, peering over a multitude of old maps and weathered books when he walked into the back room. There wasn’t an inch of wood to be seen; the entire desk was covered in tattered paper. Curiously, he noted that she didn’t turn to him, or even raise her head to note his entrance. It was unlike her to be ignorant of her environment, especially considering her constant vigilance as of late. As he watched an unseen wind mindlessly ruffle the papers on the desk, he was struck with the sneaking suspicion that she was nearing a collapse. Again.

He cleared his throat and stepped towards her, taking care that his movements weren’t silent as they usually were. She still hadn’t moved when he reached her. He wrapped his arms around her, one looped across her waist to hold her close, one hand against her chest. She instantaneously tensed — he could feel her go rigid, ready to grab the nearest sharp object to fend him off if needed — but then she realised who it was, and relaxed with a sigh.

“Been a while,” he murmured. She nodded, melting into his embrace.

He suddenly realised he could feel her pulse, and it concerned him. It was far too fast and fluttery to be normal, especially at rest, he frowned and gently moved his hand to feel it better, pulling her closer. They stayed like that for a while; she either didn’t notice his impromptu examination or didn’t care to challenge him. His eyes floated to the clock on the wall.

“118,” he said, breaking the silence. She sharply inhaled, and her heart rate soared. Usually, he would tease her for her reactivity, but now it just worried him even more. “You overdid it again, didn’t you?”

For a moment, she was silent. He loosened his grip, but he could still feel her shiver. Then, she let out a shaky sigh. “I didn’t mean to,” she croaked. “I guess I got carried away.”

It was all he needed to hear. He led her to the couch and sat her down, his worry continuing to grow when she didn’t fight him or try to insist it was fine. She looked utterly exhausted, and he mentally cursed himself for not having the foresight to bring his bag. He kept one hand clasped around her wrist, noting with disdain that her heart rate was still much too fast for his liking.

“Are you having trouble breathing?” he asked, running his hands along her ribs to check them for further damage.

“Not any more than usual.”

“Coughed up anything?”

“…No.” He gave her a pointed look. “…A little bit…”

“You have to be more careful,” he said, but there was no anger behind his words. She nodded absently. “Hey, look at me.”

She met his gaze, eyes dim and tired. He hadn’t seen her like this, devoid of her usual firebrand spirit, in quite some time. Gods, it was as if she had the entire world resting in her shoulders, and it was terrifying.

“Promise me you’ll be a little more careful?” he asked softly.

“I’ll try my best.” She smiled, but it didn’t quite reach her eyes. They both knew that she could be careful all she wanted, but the risk was always there. “I promise.”

He nodded, taking her wrist and looking again at the clock. “105. Better, but not great.” She shrugged and leaned back against the arm of the couch. “Why don’t you get some rest for now? I highly doubt you’ve slept at all for the last few days.”

“You wound me sir,” she deadpanned. “How dare you assume I’m so irresponsible?”

“I’m right, aren’t I?”

“…Maybe.”

He laughed and ruffled her hair as he stood, grinning at the glare she sent his way as she tried to fix her wild curls. There was a blanket in a wicker basket under the coffee table, which he grabbed and unfolded. “Get some sleep. I can take care of the shop for now,” he said, laying the blanket on top of her.

“Shop’s closed for the day. You can stay here, if you’d like.”

He didn’t miss the pleading tone behind her words. “I’ll be right here, then. I’m sure you’ve got an interesting book around here somewhere.”

She laughed weakly and closed her eyes. Within minutes, she was asleep. He watched her for a while — night terrors were common among the both of them — and, convinced she’d be okay for a little bit, set about cleaning up the desk.

Which do you prefer: a stethoscope or a fetal Doppler? I would recommend getting a Doppler because you can definitely hear a lot more with it! Can’t wait to hear more recordings!

I do quite want a doppler at some point, more toys never hurt :)

I think I prefer a steth, for the more clear sound and because I like the look and feel of a steth more. That said, I’ve never had a chance to try a doppler first hand.

Wow, so lucky! How are both of you doing these days?

Im a 28 year old guy from northeast US, looking to connect with some female cardiophiles for chat, share, and roleplay, I also enjoy stomach sounds.
Chat and roleplay can be completely non-sexual like close friends, or a little more sensual and flirty.
Regardless, I will always do my best to be respectful, I know there are some creeps out there, but I'm not one, and I want you to be comfortable.

PM me if you want to chat!

How about Chapter 1?

Chapter 1: Terminator Baby's Heartbeat.

Once upon a time, when I was four years old, after I had watched a movie, I went to my first Pediatric checkup and listened and was hooked on heartbeats…
Alright onto the next story….
Wait a minute… wouldn’t you want to read the full story. OF COURSE! You do. So, here it is.

This story is my first memory that I can remember myself. It was when I was only 4 and a half years old.

At the tender age of 4 and a half. While My babysitter, PJ, was on her phone. I was watching Pbs television programming like Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood, Sesame Street, and Bill Nye the Science Guy. PJ decided to ask me would I like to see a movie. I said, “Yes,” then she kept on changing the channel until she found a channel with a movie playing. It happened to be playing Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Normally you would think a movie like T2 would scare a 4 ½ year old shitless, but at the moment that I saw it I loved it. The liquid metal terminator didn’t scare me, this movie kept my but glued to the floor. So much so, that when my parents came home I had watched it twice. A 24-hour marathon will let you do that. That night I didn’t let my parents change the channel at all. Finally, by the time I was tired, my parents were tired of the movie and I went to bed happy.

The next day I woke up as a happy little Terminator. Whatever my parents did to try and stop me from acting like a terminator didn’t work. I continued the charade for eight days. During those eight days I played it up. If I got hurt, I acted like I was a tough guy. By the end of those eight days I was banged and bruised, cut and scrapped. But I still kept it going, all the way up to my yearly pediatric check-up.

When I entered the clinic all of the nurse was surprised at how I looked but when they heard what I was trying to be they all adored me and said, “how cute."

I walked into the room with my family and stood there and waited for the doctor to come in. She took too long, so I decided to sit down and wait. Finally, she came in and said, “Hi their John, glad to see you today. Oh my, look at all of those cuts, what happened to you?” My parents then told her what happened. She asked me if I wanted to get checked and I responded that Terminators don’t have the organs you speak of. She laughed and said, “Ok, I’m still gonna check you.” She looked at my eyes and ears then checked my arms and legs, all the bruises and scrapes, all over she checked me. Finally, she checked my heart and lungs. At that moment I asked her, “what are you checking?” She told me that she was checking my heart and lungs. I asked her, “What are those?” She told me that my lungs were to help me breath and helped the heart in doing what it does, and the heart was the best thing about me, Keeping me alive. Then she said that everything was in working order and everything checked out.

Then she said, “John would you like to listen to your heart?” I was struck with fear at the thought of that at that time. She told me that there is nothing to be afraid of and that she would be gentle about it and she then took the stethoscope from around her neck, cleaned off the earpieces and told me to relax and listen. She made me take a deep breath then she put the ear pieces into my ears, then she placed the single bell onto my heart, very slowly, at the erb’s point, and for the first, time I heard my heart beat. As you would expect, for a child so young, my heart was racing around 120 bpm. I was fascinated by the noise of my heart that nothing anyone did to try and get my attention short of toughing me didn’t work. So, she left me, with her device to listen to my heart while she went and checked-up on another child patient. About 10 minutes later she came back and grabbed me by the left shoulder and asked for her stethoscope back, But something you wouldn’t expect from a 4 ½ year old is that my heartrate had dropped from 120 to around 80 bpm as the sound soothed me. Even she was surprised at it when she listened to me one more time before she left to go back to the other patient. My heart rate return to around 100 to 120, before she pulled the bell away. She told me that she was done with my exam, but she said that she had something for me and that we had to wait for her to return.

Once, she was done with the other child, she came back to the room I was in and said to close my eyes and to keep them closed no matter what. I did as she told me and then she placed the bell of an older stethoscope she had in storage, that looked exactly like her’s, onto my chest. It was cold, and I responded that it was as such, she again told me to keep my eyes closed and that this was mine to keep, as she placed the earpieces into my ears. When I heard my heartbeat again, I opened my eyes really quickly with an agape jaw, with eyes that she said sparkled. I said to her in a jumbled mess, “This… heart… mine… steth… thing…to keep?” She laughed, and said, “Yes, this steth is mine to keep and to listen to my heart or anyone else’s, whenever I wanted to. I was so excited that I stupidly picked up the bell and swung it back down creating a loud popping noise, which caused me to cry. She immediately took them out of my ears and hugged me, then she repeated herself. I calmed down and was happy as I left the clinic holding a “New” stethoscope from my doctor. As I left her clinic, I overhear her say to someone, I presume was her husband, she said to him, “We found another lover.” While still going to her clinic, well, their clinic, I received four more steths from her. By their, I mean that the clinic is run by her and her husband. He’ll retire next year, and she’ll retire in early 2020.
Thank you for all of the great memories Doc.

This story is finished, onto the next one.

Hi all, I'm Howarddunn3.
I really enjoy listening to female heartbeats and stomach sounds.
This has been a secret "fetish" of mine for years, but I've never had anyone to share it with, its good to know that there are others in this comunity with similar interests.
I'd love to meet some friends here to chat and share with.

ChiraBeats@Heart2Heart created a new topic: How bans work
2191 days ago

Received a few messages asking how bans work, so I decided to make a little Q&A topic to publicly answer questions about the whole process.

What does it mean when someone is banned?

It means they're no longer allowed to be on the site. This can be temporary or it can be permanent. Usually I avoid permanent bans at all costs unless there's no hope of change.

What happens when you're banned?

When a user is banned, they're 100% blocked from 100% of the site. If they visit any part of Heart2Heart while banned, they only receive a message that they've been banned, a short reason, the expiration date if one exists, and some info to contact me. All their posts, files, and messages are left untouched.

Why do people get banned?

For breaking the rules. Once I hear of a disruptive or harassing pattern of behavior, I'll reach out in some way to make sure they know that something's wrong. If nothing changes they can end up with a ban.

That's all the questions that I was asked, if there's anything else you'd like cleared up just let me know!

Small cleanup of the rules page, no real rule changes.

Old rules:

Rules here, they're short and sweet so please take 30 seconds of your time to look over them.

  • Don't spam or post any content that is illegal in the USA.

  • Don't post graphic/visual nudity.

  • Do not evade a ban.

  • Swearing is allowed but try to be respectful with it.

  • Don't harass other members. If you wouldn't say it in real life, don't say it here.

The ultimate spirit of the law behind these rules is "Don't harm the site or the community." The above are a list of specific things we believe would cause harm, but it is not exhaustive. If the staff thinks you are harming the site, they have permission to take whatever action they need to, but only what they need to. If you're respectful and polite you'll never have to worry about these rules.

Banned BrockerBeat for a growing pattern of disruptive, pushy behavior and block evasion towards multiple other users in spite of multiple conversations on the subject. He's only banned for a month, with the hope that he'll do some soul searching while he's away.

xenobeat:

Short exam, sorry for the bad audio.

affectionsuggestion:

Concept: it’s been a wonderful day, we laughed and spent time in the sun. Now we’re home in the cool sheets of our bed. My head is on your chest listening to your heartbeat. It lulls me to sleep
